Ghostdancer Shadley

Every warrior has a creed he stands upon. There is something he is fighting for and something he is fighting against. Freedom is something worth fighting for. We can free our relatives and the ones we love from the power of the enemy. We fight for restoration of their souls. We fight against an enemy whose arrows pierce our hearts with doubt. He has no power over us, unless we give it.

Now is the time to pick up your shield and protect yourself. This shield is the shield of faith that Yahweh has given you.

Yes. It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the Living God, Creator, Yahweh, but not if you have received his light and are holding onto his shield of faith. For once doing so, he is forever your Holy Father. Trust Him. He will complete the work he began and he will not be a moment too late.

These are the four horses that puled the four chariots from the four directions (winds). The story is in Creators Book the Bible. The white feather is an Israeli eagle feather. It was given to him when he was in Israel.

Remember child that faith is the tool that no hand, but Creator Yahweh’s can hold for long. Lay your tiny faith in his mighty hand and watch as he builds something strong, useful and beautiful.

Enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus. Climb the sacred mountain, whether in body or in mind. Cleanse yourself with the water of the Spirit and with the smoke of sweet burning sage. Draw near to Creator Yahweh with a sincere heart and with full assurance of faith.

He will provide this faith for you, just keep turning to him, in each and every moment and circumstance. Let him take your heart and soften it until it can be remolded into a warrior’s heart. This is still a time for silence, as he remolds you. Wait until you hear his words, “It is finished.”

Sons and daughters, do not steal tomorrow from the hands of Creator Yahweh. Surely you have learned by now that he is never late. Every great warrior must prepare themselves for battle. Are your hands prepared for war? Is your heart?

Let us prepare the heart first. It is good to take time for a vision quest, finding a place to be alone with Yahweh, somewhere close to the earth and free of human noise and interference. Perhaps you have a sacred mountain nearby where you can do this, but if it is impossible for you to get to such a place, any place is sacred if Yahweh is invited into it. We live and move and have our being in him. The place is simply for us to become aware of his presence.

For the next few days I will share with you things you can do while upon the mountain (whether that mountain is a quiet place in your home or a lofty peak) to prepare your heart for war. Yes. We are in a war, where the stakes are life and death. Today it is enough for you to think about where your special place will be and to remember that your life is in the hands of Yahweh who also holds the future.

Creator Yahweh is not silent as some count as silence. His silence is the power of stillness. Wait for him. His timing is always perfect.

Child, bring your life to Creator Yahweh. Lean on him, rely on him, place your confidence in him. Sit beside the fire and let him show you his ways. Walk along the path with him, letting him take the lead. Walk in his footsteps while he guides you in truth and faithfulness. He is the God of your salvation.

Do not worry about evil people who seem to prosper in your shame. Their days are but dust, they are here today and gone tomorrow. But you, child, will shine like the stars forever, because you have trusted in his great love. Creator Yahweh is good and upright and he will guide you to a spacious place. The way getting there may be dark and lonely, but soon you will dance with all your heart. Never give up trusting in Yahweh.

Child, spend much time in the Sacred Scripture found in the Bible. This is no white man’s book as some of our people call it. It is a book of life-giving words given by Creator and passed down from one generation to another, kept alive by prophesies fulfilled hundreds of years after they were first given and fueled by the hope of a Messiah to come. A Messiah, a Great Chief, the Grass Dancer of all grass dancers, who made a Way for His People, the Way of Beauty, the Blessing Way.

Now, we are one great new tribe made up of all who put their trust in Jesus, Creator, Yahweh.

Read the sacred words of beauty and raise your hands to the sky, calling upon Yahweh, the one who sees, the great counselor, the faithful great “Blaydal’knii” (God above all). Ask him to restore you, for he alone knows your true needs. Dance your prayers to him as you step out each heartbeat of the drum.
