June 2 water Watch and give heed warriors! Creator Yahweh is your strength and your shield. Dance your praises before him for his great mercy and steadfast love. He is our Great Chief, our defense and protector. He is a strong tower from which we observe with triumph the breaking down of our enemies.

Sing loud over the drum! Shout praises to Creator Yahweh for his great loving-kindness and mercy! Though many rise up against us, he is our great protector. He laughs in the face of our enemies and scoffs at their showing of strength. He shows no mercy to wicked traitors but showers his people with love. Let us sing of his strength and love. He is our great refuge in times of trouble. Yahweh. Yahweh. Yahweh. He is the God who shows us loving-kindness.

June 1 water Warriors, there are ravenous wolves who lie in wait for your life. They are fierce and mighty spirits who band together against you, not for any sin you have embraced or fault that you have committed against them, but because you are marked with the blood of Creator Yahweh.

These wolves howl and snarl like dogs and go prowling among our dwelling places. Lies are on their lips, slander and ridicule belch out of their mouths. Do not listen to them. Pray to Creator Yahweh to deliver you from these bloodthirsty wolves and lift you above those who work evil, for they lie in wait for your life.

Creator Yahweh, the Great Chief of Angel Armies, will arise to come to your aid. Call upon him, wait for him, then watch and heed what he tells you. He is your strength and shield. He will bring down the ravenous wolves at just the right time.

May 31 water Warriors, Creator Yahweh will build you up! He has consecrated, purified and transformed your soul and he will give you your rightful inheritance among all God’s set-apart ones at just the right time and not a day late.

I commit you to Creator Yahweh and give you to his charge, entrusting you to his protection and care. I commend you to the Word of his grace and to the commands and counsels and promises of his unmerited favor.

Rest in his love. Live in his hope. Walk in his strength.

May 30 water Creator Yahweh will not turn away a broken and contrite heart. Take care and be on guard for yourselves and the whole tribe over which the Holy Spirit has appointed you as a minister and guardian. Look after the young ones and ignite the fire of hope in their hearts. Feed them with the Sacred Writings and return their hearts to their fathers. Remind the fathers that Creator Yahweh bought them with his own blood. Warn them of the ferocious wolves that will get in among you and who will not spare the young and weak ones.

Be alert and on guard! Never stop night or day seriously admonishing and advising and exhorting each other with tears. We are a tribal people. We need each other. Do not believe the lies of the enemy that tell you otherwise. Love, even as Creator Yahweh loves you.

May 29 water Warriors! This is a day to attempt great things for Creator Yahweh, but first we must take His faith in order to believe that we can do great things, and then we must take his strength in order to accomplish great things for him. It is his work, not ours that will accomplish the task. It is his faith that encourages our hearts. It is his strength that keeps us going when all else falls away.

Let us be bold! Let us expect great things from Creator Yahweh! He is above all and through all and in all. He made the stars! And he has chosen us for just such a time as this and assigned each of us a unique task. Together there is nothing that we cannot accomplish through him.

With such a one as this it is easier to take hold of a lot than it is to take a little, so with arms open wide, let us take hold. But take heed, warriors, this taking is not for our own wishes but for the working of the task he has assigned us. The longer we walk the Jesus Way the more these two become one—his wishes become ours. Today, let us choose to walk in beauty.

May 28 water Warriors, do you know what your life is about? What is worth fighting for? What forces compel you to act? What convictions mark you as a warrior of integrity?

In the Sacred Writings, Paul talks about being compelled by the Holy Spirit to go to Jerusalem. He admits that in every city the Holy Spirit warned him that prison and hardships and suffering were facing him, yet he still chose to go. This is an amazing faith that is born of strong convictions and empowered through the Holy Spirit. He considered his life as nothing, but wanted only to finish the race and complete the task that Jesus Yeshua had assigned him—the task of testifying to the gospel of God’s grace.

What task have you been assigned? What is in your hand? Take that task and that tool and charge with Spirit power!

May 27 water Warriors, before you offer the sweet smell of tobacco and sage, humble yourself before Creator Yahweh. Before you offer him the sacrifice of dancing your prayers, open your hearts before him. Let your hearts be broken with a river of sorrow because of the offenses we have committed against our Great Chief and Captain, for they are many. A broken and contrite heart he will not turn away.

Create in us a pure heart, O Creator Yahweh! Renew a steadfast spirit within our people and let us walk in the way of beauty. Do not cast our people away from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from us. Restore to us the joy of your salvation and renew a right spirit within our tribes and nations. Let our tongues sing of your righteousness. Open our lips to declare your glorious praise!

May 25 water Warriors, here is a blessing and a reminder: May Creator Yahweh bless the land of your people with the precious dew from heaven above and with the deep waters that lie below; with the best the sun brings forth and finest the moon can yield; with the choicest gifts of the ancient mountains and the fruitfulness of the everlasting hills; with the best gifts of the earth and its fullness and the favor of him who dwelt in the burning bush.

Let all these rest on the head of you and your people as the beloved of Creator Yahweh who rest secure between his shoulders. Creator Yahweh shields you all day long.

May 24 water There is no one like Creator Yahweh, who rides on the heavens to help you. See his majesty as he rides on the clouds in his glory! He is the eternal Spirit, our refuge. And underneath are the everlasting arms that hold us up.

He will drive out your enemies before you, so you and your people will live in safety near falling water where the heavens drop dew. You will have no lack of any good thing.

Who is like you, a people saved by Yeshua? He is your shield and helper and your glorious sword. With a mighty bow and arrow he will scatter your enemies so that they cower before you, and you will trample them beneath your feet. Give praise to Creator Yahweh, our Great Chief and Captain. Yahweh. Yahweh. Yahweh. What he has promised he will make happen, and not a day too late.

May 23 water Warrior, do not cower in fear when confronting your enemy. Creator Yahweh will gird you with strength so that you will pursue your enemies and crush them. You will beat them as fine dust beneath your feet. You will trample them like mud in the streets. For your enemies are not flesh and blood, but the principalities and powers of the dark world. They will lose heart and come trembling before you from their strongholds.

Creator Yahweh lives! Praise be to our Rock! Exalted be Creator, the Rock, our Savior! He is the God who avenges our people and sets us free from our enemies. Lift up shouts of joy and dance before our Great Chief who goes before us in battle.
