March 4 Let us straighten up, warriors, and set ourselves back on the beautiful way. If we repent, Creator Yahweh will restore us so that we may serve him. Forget the former things! Do not dwell on the past. Our Great Chief and Captain is doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? He is making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland to give refreshment to his people, the people he formed for himself. He does this so that we may proclaim his praise.

Do not be afraid; you have been chosen. Creator Yahweh will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground. He will pour out his Spirit on our offspring and his blessing on our descendants. They will spring up like grass in a meadow, like poplar trees by flowing streams. Let us repent and follow the way of beauty.

february 18 water There are many voices, warriors. Be careful which ones your ears take in. I’ve heard it said that we Natives should not believe in Jesus Yeshua, because in so doing we will give the white man the satisfaction of thinking he has won. This same voice cautions to not allow our children to be absorbed in religions. I have much to say about this, but I will keep my words few.

First of all, to think that Jesus Yeshua belongs to the white man is in error. Read the Sacred Writings. You will see this is no white man’s God. This is Yahweh, Creator, the One we have been worshipping all along. Don’t allow the wrong doing of any man or woman keep you from the truth. Creator Yahweh has given us his words, which are rich to live by and good for correction. Sit close to the earth and absorb his words into your soul.

My people are fully Native and fully Christian, but do not confuse that with white traditions. We use our regalia, language, dancing, and customs in our worship of Creator, and in doing so, we have felt Creator Yahweh’s pleasure. These practices are bringing much honor to our people and restoring our dignity.

We welcome our white friends to worship with us, not in a contest of who will win or lose, but as members of one Tribe, many nations coming together. Eagle People … Today’s reading is Galatians 3:23-29. Pleya gi “Go with Blessings.”

February 21 water Warriors, come and see the beauty of our Great Chief and Captain! Is there any god like our God? Creator Yahweh set the stars in place. He breathed life into the dust of Earth and here we are! He called us each by name and delights in all he has made, each of us different from the other.

Our Great Chief and Captain sent us his son, Jesus Yeshua, to redeem us from all our wicked ways. He calls us to follow him, not just in word but also in deed, to walk in Beauty all the days of our lives. With one command he calms the storm. What storm are you facing, warrior? Bow low before our Great Chief and Captain; call upon his holy name and you will find rest for your soul. Heaven stands open. Let us lift up our eyes and see.

February 18 water It matters not warriors if we walk in the spirit realm and see great visions and dreams if we have not love for one another. The music of our songs is nothing but clanging cymbals if we do not regard others above ourselves. If our faith is such that we can soar with eagles and if we can understand all mysteries and knowledge but have not love, we are nothing. Even if we give away everything we possess and surrender our bodies to flames, if we have not done these things in love, we are nothing.

Let us love one another in the way Creator Yahweh loves us. Let us begin to think less of ourselves and who we are and more about our brothers and sisters who are in need. Our children are in need of understanding their unique beauty. Our youth need to know of our hope in our Great Chief and Captain. Our elders need our respect and care. Let us walk in this way of love all the days of our lives.

february 17Warriors let us turn our eyes from worthless things. Let us turn instead to Creator Yahweh asking him to teach us and give us understanding that we may obey his commands with all our hearts. Let us walk in the path of his commands for there we will find great delight. And his commands are not heavy…to love him and to love others.

Let us look away from selfish gain and he will take away the disgrace we dread. For his laws are good and he will renew our lives in his righteousness. This is the way of walking in Holy Spirit power and it is a good way to walk.

February 14 water Strong warriors know the truth of serving one another in love. It takes great strength to honor others above ourselves. This love comes not from something we conjure up through great thought or desire; it comes from Holy Spirit power that enables us to love the most unlovely of our neighbors and even to bless our enemies.

Let us not take revenge, warriors, but let us leave room for our Great Chief and Captain to pour out his wrath in perfect judgment. It is his place to avenge. He will repay. And who are we to object if he chooses to pour out mercy on others in the same way he did with us?

Is there an enemy we need to bless this day? Let us do so in Spirit power, overcoming darkness with light. Let us not be overcome with evil but let us overcome evil with good.

February 9 water Let us chose the way of truth warriors! Let us hold fast to the decrees of our Great Chief and Captain, and we will not be put to shame. Creator Yahweh will strengthen those who are weary with sorrow, those who call out on his great name. He will hear the cry of our hearts even when no words are spoken. Even a sigh directed at him is a prayer.

We have tasted of his beauty; we have seen a great light. We once lived in the shadow of death, but now Light has dawned. While we walk the Beauty Way we will hear a voice saying, “This is the way. Walk in it.”

Yes. We have trouble in this world, but Jesus Yeshua has overcome the world. Yes we have sorrow but he promises to take us past the sorrow. We have a hope and a future! Let us rise up as warriors and stand strong against the enemy! This enemy is not flesh and blood, as some men think. Our enemy dwells in the spirit world where unseen things change the course of nations. The Sacred Writings is our sword, warriors. With it we can stop all the flaming arrows of our enemy, that evil trickster who is out to destroy us.

Let us run in the path of Creator Yahweh’s commands, for he has set our hearts free!

February 3 Water Are you troubled warriors? Is it impossible for you to grab hold of peace? Then climb the Sacred Mountain, whether in body or in spirit, and remember the promises of our Great Chief and Captain. He is our salvation! He has promised us that a day will come when he will comfort his people, those who call upon the name of Creator Yahweh. We live and move and have our being in him. He is not a God far off. Let us trust and not be afraid!

Creator Yahweh is our strength and our song. He knows our every thought. Jesus Yeshua has become our salvation!

With shouts of joy and victory, while we dance to the beat of the drum, let us give thanks to our Great Chief and Captain. With joy we will draw water from the well that will never run dry!

January 28 water Lift up your voices warriors. Let us cry out to our Great Chief and Captain! He will rebuke those who have come against us without cause. He will restore the broken walls. Beneath his great wings, he will gather all who have called upon his name.

Nations are in uproar! Kingdoms fall! But the great wings of Creator Yahweh will continue to protect the treasure of his heart. Be still and know that He alone is God. He will be exalted in the heavens; He will be exalted in the earth. He is with us, dwelling in our very hearts! Let us rest in the shadow of his wings.

February 1 water How can old warriors continue on the Beauty Way? By hiding the Sacred Writings in our hearts and recounting all the things Creator Yahweh has done. Let us tell the stories of how our Great Chief and Captain has delivered us from our enemy, that evil trickster. Let us speak of our victories in the hearing of our youth! Let us repeat the stories of rejoicing and restoration that we may restore hope to the next generation. Let us teach these things to our children and to their children after them.

Yes. Rain falls on the just and unjust alike, but those who walk in the Beauty Way of our Great Chief and Captain rejoice in following his decrees. It is like receiving great riches! Let us delight in following the words of Creator Yahweh and not neglect the Sacred Writings. In so doing, we can build one another up and encourage young warriors to stand strong.
