Courage, warriors! Become standing trees that cannot be destroyed because of your fruit. Let all nations come and eat freely. In this way you will encourage your brothers and sisters and aunties and uncles and heap burning coals on the heads of your enemy.
In this present battle, you need no bow and arrow. Put away knife and spear. If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him something to drink.
As the Sacred Writings say, “If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.” To do this, you must keep a listening ear and a heart that is not quick to judge.
“Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”
